I’m not your typical Realtor — I come from the trades. I’ve spent years managing construction, HVAC, and housing projects across Arizona, and I know homes from the inside out — the wiring, the plumbing, the craftsmanship, and the shortcuts that too many builders take. That background gives my clients a real edge when buying or selling.

I run Joy Homes AZ LLC, a licensed contracting and renovation company, and I bring that same hands-on experience into every real estate deal. Whether it’s spotting hidden repair costs, estimating remodel value, or advising on investment potential, I treat every property like it’s my own project.

I work primarily in Phoenix, Chandler, and the surrounding areas, helping homeowners, investors, and landlords navigate the process with honesty, practicality, and a little bit of grit. My clients appreciate that I don’t sugarcoat things — I give straight answers and actionable advice that saves time and money.

When I’m not walking job sites or negotiating contracts, I’m coaching youth softball, building out community programs, and spending time with my daughter. My goal in real estate is simple: help good people make smart moves, build equity, and feel confident about the biggest purchase of their life.
